We want you to feel confident using Check My ER Bill.

Because the service provides immediate access, refunds are limited. However, we review requests in cases such as accidental charges or technical issues.

2. Subscription Billing

All plans are billed as recurring subscriptions.

  • You will be charged at the start of each billing period
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings

After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

To avoid future charges, you must cancel before your next billing date.

3. Refund Eligibility

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Time already used within a billing period
